I love this product. I make rajma using these spices almost once a week. The spices taste fresh and the directions on the back make cooking rajma a cinch! I altered the recipe in using crushed tomatoes vs. tomato paste (for a more authentic flavor) and let it simmer for 10 additional minutes to really incorporate the spices into the crushed tomatoes sauce.
