Keeps mom dry and comfortable!
Good quality and helps keep my mom dry. She is happy with the comfort and says the material is comfortable. She has purchased multiple times.

comfortable, work better than most
I guess this kind of product's efficiency depends on the fit, and everyone is different. I used this at a rehab facility and found it more effective than most - better fit, more absorbent, softer, less leakage. I made sure to find out the make before I went home. It's more expensive than what I usually use and I'll have to decide if all the positive features outweigh the higher price - I will probably continue using them and have recommended them to others.

Number adult diapers
These adult diapers are great! They arrived so quickly and shipping was free. I ordered from Sinai Medical and they charged me for shipping which was almost the same cost of the items! Never will I buy from Sinai Medical again. Thank you Amazon… you’re the best!!!

Super absorbent
Been using these disposable underwear for my autistic 6 year old for about a year. Fit great and hold everything when he has accidents. They are comfortable and not overly thick. Great value for you money!

Medline Versus Depends
The assisted living facility where my husband is staying used this brand. Because of the expense (assisted living charge) I thought I could save some money and bought Depends at Costco. What a disaster! In our experience, there is no comparison. Now I order Medline from Amazon. No leakage. No odor. No complaints.

WATCH OUT - Ultra FitRight underwear are NOT the same thickness as Ultra FitRight briefs.
I ordered FitRight Ultra underwear assuming that they were the same thickness and absorbancy as FitRight Ultra briefs. I wanted the pull up elastic pants because the tab closure of the briefs were not secure and caused leakage for my very disabled loved one. But sadly, the underwear is very flimsy and would not be absorbant for someone who is incontinent. VERY DISAPPOINTED. BUT I AM EVEN MORE DISAPPOINTED WITH AMAZON. When I tried to return them several times using the Amazon return options the only option that was provided was for me to call Medline, the manufacturer. Medline was helpful but informed me that Amazon was the vendor of their product so Medline could not help. Tried calling Customer service several times and went through the telephone tree and then was hung up on. Come on Amazon. You can do better correctly describing the products you sell so that the disabled community get what they need and respond responsibly when a product is deficient.
