Unhappy with unit
I purchased this unit in June, 2023. Today is April 4, 2024, and the unit quit working. The fuse is fine, but it no longer turns on. I cannot find any customer support site.

Works as advertised
This unit has very heavy components inside and mine was quite bashed up during the air freight. I opened up the cover panels to straighten the components (not recommended and I prob voided the warranty by doing so) and now seems to work fine. I use it to convert Vietnam currents to use US appliances.

Very Cheeply Made
Don't let the pretty looks fool you. This unit was DOA and once inspected I found it was very poorly made on the inside. If it had worked an electrical fire would have happened with all of the improper exposed wiring off of the transformer coils. It was no use trying to fix the wires broken from their solder points so just sent it right back. I would not recommend this product.

Used for one full full month and it worked great. On the 5th day after the first month ...
Used for one full full month and it worked great. On the 5th day after the first month it just died. It doesn't turn on anymore. Very disappointed. I thought I had found a work around for hard wiring 220 into this room.
