l am very pleased with the quality of the fabric and the color.

First of all, I ordered two colors, Vintage Blue and Mineral. The Vintage Blue were NOT Sun Zero curtains. I kept them, but beware that the description is misleading. That being said...Overall: I recommend these valances. 4 stars for sizing and color (see below).Quality: Better than expected for the price!Styling: Nice, hang straight at the sides. However, I was surprised by the trim at the bottom. Make sure you zoom in on the picture so you know what to expect. I'm ok with it, I just wasn't expecting it.Size: 35" window required 3 panels for a full look. I have them on a 3/4" rod, but they could easily accommodate a 1"-1 1/2" rod.Color: I ordered Vintage Blue and Mineral because I was not sure which I would like best. Unfortunately, the Mineral is a lot less green than it appears in the picture. When I hung the two colors side-by-side, they were different, but not THAT different. Since these have free returns, I suggest buying more than one color and deciding when you get them.Shipping: These shipped UPS, and a signature was required. I'm not sure why. I wasn't home, so I had to go pick them up at the UPS Store. Not a huge deal, but something you should expect.

Exactly as described, perfect length, good color and they block the sun! . I bought these for my kitchen and a couple of windows in the basement. They fit perfectly!

These valances are very nice looking and work well for our small basement windows. They were wrinkled from being folded when they came out of the package. But I washed and dried them (on delicate settings) and then hung them right up. I hate to iron and that may have worked as well, but washing was easier! They are not room-darkening, but they do block some light. Great buy and great price!

I know that the product doesn’t say directly it’s a “black out” curtain but if it wasn’t for the color being black this curtain would be pretty much just a sheer. It for sure does nothing to keep heat/cold out or save on energy or anything like that it barely keeps light out and it’s paper thin. I’m going to keep it cuz it’s cheap and we have it just to cover the door window to take a little glare off the tv but if you needed your room to be dark this would not be what you want. It also says the length is 18” and it’s not even 18” from the top to bottom let alone from where the curtain rod goes through to the bottom it covers a little less than 15” so I had to move the rod onto the outsides of the top of the window frame instead of it being above it like a normal curtain just to get it to come to the bottom. Pretty disappointed but I’ll settle for the price of it.
