Software issue?
Anyone else had problems with the usb and bluetooth not working? I imagine its a software thing but it says it has all the newest drivers for everything.

It's way too bulky.... and has ...
It's way too bulky....and has become sluggish within 5-6 months of use! Takes almost 10 minutes to start and hangs without any reason...I wish I could return it :-(

CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP! Operation is just OK-not wonderful!
Seems cheaply made and HP customer support is ATROCIOUS as usual. Bought 3 had to return one because the mouse button stopped functioning. Also the integrated mouse is too big--for gaming I suppose--but the mouse response time is slow. Buttons seem sticky partially non-responsive sometimes.

the computer works fine.
Came with an USB port not working. Had to call HP to get assistance. It took almost an hour on the phone waiting for tech support. Finally, after another 30 minutes, the USB port started to work. Hopefully, it will continue to work. Otherwise, the computer works fine.

What I can say and what I want to say are two different things. I can say this. Look at another manufacturer or even a different model by the same manufacturer.I bought it from a reputable vendor. They could not know the future.
