I was hooked as soon as I started reading this book. I feel uplifted and at peace in some way.. I lost my partner nearly 4 years ago and I have struggled to overcome such trauma. This book as helped and I'm so thankful for this. Buy it you won't be disappointed.

It is a very thin book, very basic information. It is suitable for absolute beginners.I did like the light positive flowing 'energy' of this book.It is beautifully written, jargon free and easy to understand. Text and format is easy on the eyes, so good for people who may have dyslexia.

I've read many books but this book is so easily read ,brief to the point. I also use the audiobook and I love the tone and the voice .I certainly recommend to start off, be open minded whilst reading
