This works great for soft fruit and yogurt smoothies
This works great for soft fruit and yogurt smoothies. Of course this doesn't work as well as a plug in electric mixer, but does a pretty good job mixing given this is hand powered. There are some chunks, but overall very acceptable. Further, the kids find it fun to use.We often use this at home instead of using our Oster, because it is VERY easy to clean, and oftentimes, we just don't have the time or energy to clean the Oster-nor need a quart of smoothie.All you simply do is fill with hot water and a drop of liquid soap and spin on the counter a few times, drain it, and fill with water once more, spin and drain. Clean.I'd say this is a very good product and recommend it for kids as well as adults

If you want a smoothie, it's not ideal
The product description is accurate. I went out on a limb buying it and my wishful thinking had me pretty bummed. The product is as it says, so it's nothing against the manufacturer but if you don't want what you blend to be chunky, it's not what your looking for.

It makes really good smoothies
I use yogurt, milk, and strawberries in mine, and my technique to blend is to hold it against a wall and walk . it seems like the perfect thing to make milkshakes as well, and undoubtedly protein shakes. A major factor in deciding to get it, that held true in testing it out, is it's super easy to clean. it is also really strong and well made, it feels high quality. was skeptical at first but it's a great buy, 6/5.

Shake to mix cup
The mixing mechanism is useless. As for the cup itself, I like it.

Good product, still end up with some lumps in my shakes but it does the job!!

Thank you Revablend for sending it in time for my son to take it to camp. He is the grub master for his troop and he is so excited to use this for so many cool recipes. His Boy Scout troop will be ordering several as this will be the new must have!
