This book literally took me from a sad place to loving and caring for myself again! I was depressed over some sad events earlier this year and was not caring for myself or my home or job. By chance, an advertisement for this book showed up in my Facebook feed. I don't know why, but I clicked on it and read the description. Something about Angela just resonated with me. I preordered the book. She sent out some "sneek peek" articles that were just awesome. When the book arrived, I could not put it down! Her story and ideas are so life changing. Just simple things, taken slowly, made a huge difference in just a few weeks. I will say I did buy her products. She does NOT push sales and gives plenty of alternatives to her products. I absolutely LOVE all of her beauty care line! I got my first "you are glowing" in only three weeks. Yes, the products are great, but it is the inner work she has you do that made the biggest change! I am so much more organized, and my life is simpler. I read the chapters over and over. I also get her emails, which contain great ideas, too. You absolutely must get this book for yourself and all the ladies you love!

I am delighted by the effect following the rituals in this book is having on not only my skin but my entire life. My former version of "self-care" used to be once or twice a year. This book has been inspiring and gave a lot of directions that can be added to my weekly and daily routines. Angela offers a lot of stories that are helpful to learn how she got to the places she has been and allows the reader to connect with her. It's not really a book. It's a conversation between "friends" about how to love oneself more/better and blossom with radiance.
