The fan itself is great with a super long cord that will reach in back and a roll switch to control the fan speed. It moves the air around great.Sadly the suction is horrible, as in not there at all. Tried on glass, my dashboard (which is flat), and any other place I could think off and this fan would not stick anywhere. Even tried just the base, without the fan hooked on and the base won't even stick. So that tells me it is a suction issue. So now I have a good fan that I can't do anything with because it won't stick anywhere and it rolls around if I just put it down in the car -- big time distraction there. Would've been wonderful if they had included a clip with it too.

Would not stick to any flat part of my dashboard. I ended up buying an adhesive mounting disk for a GPS. It was less than five bucks. Worked great. Mounted the disk to the dash and the fan to the disk. The base of the fan is about 80mm but it has a little tab off to one side so I bought the 90mm mounting disk. This works well enough. It cycles the air in Jeep Grand Cherokee well. You will need to put some lubricant around the ball joint. Hint: You have to unscrew the screw cap to move it around and tighten it to hold place. But even if you remove the screw cap the ball joint will not move without lubricant.

The air blowing of the fan is nice and strong and the on/off rate of speed control is the best feature. I gave it 3 stars due to how front heavy it is. Just setting the fan down on a flat surface it falls forward due to the head and weight being in the front. Don't like the suction base either. Not real strong. Get a fan that will stand straight up on a flat surface even if not suctioning to your dash.

Good, sturdy product. The only downside to this fan would be that it would probably need to be paired with a mounting disk at all times as it probably wouldn’t stay attached to a window or dashboard very long without one. I like the adjustable speed setting and the cord length is pretty long, which is nice. The delivery time was prompt and the packaging tidy. Satisfied and happy customer!

Works well and stands up to at least one year of Summer time. The suction cup is very reliable as long as the window is clean. The movable joint to angle the fan is solid and does not let the fan sag down over time. Road vibration doesn't do a thing to it. I am happy and so is my non-sweaty toddler.

The fan works good. It is quiet and quite powerful but it doesn't stick onto the car surface at all. I wanted to put it in my car so that it keeps my daughter cool in the backseat but it does not suction to the dashboard at all. I cleaned and wet the surface with water, I put a little water on the suction cup as well so it could adhere to the surface, but nothing. I really want to return it. No point of having the fan if it doesn't stand up right to use. Very disappointed.

The fan is advertised perfectly. I needed more air in the backseat for my daughter, and this fan does the job. I especially love how it is very quiet. I am able to have a conversation with my daughter without yelling. I am very happy that it fits into the cig lighter, very convenient with a long cord.
