The ear opening does not match the real ear location.

It's hard to design something that just isn't easy to design. The undercap itself doesn't cover all my hair, and when I tighten it to my head with pins the holes made for ears don't match up my ears any more. So I either have a real loose ineffective undercap, or a real tight undercap without the earholes functionality
