I have two minor criticisms about the product - 1) I have a gutter installed under my eve and I wish the hoop and backboard came
I purchased this unit from HoopsHouston 3 months ago. The roof king platinum I received had a 60" glass backboard. The glass is well installed and the rim/backboard are quite rigid - even when using the far edges of the backboard. The rim is firm - just what you'd expect from a high quality gym hoop. I have two minor criticisms about the product - 1) I have a gutter installed under my eve and I wish the hoop and backboard came out another inch or 2 for better clearance. The ball doesn't hit the gutter when it falls through the cylinder, but sometimes it will catch the gutter on a miss/rebound. 2) I wish it was easier to adjust the height. As it stands, I need 3 men to adjust the height - 1 on the roof and two on ladders. Other than that, it's an outstanding product. I hope to get 10+ years out of this purchase. I have a 2 car garage and was on the fence about the 48" vs 60", but I'm glad I went with the 60" - it definitely isn't too big for the space.

Quality Hoop - Highly Recommend
We have been thrilled with the quality of this hoop. My 11 year old son has already gotten hours of use out of it. It's been a lifesaver during these weeks of "stay at home" orders. I was a little concerned about it being an eye sore on my garage roof. But the clear backboard actually makes it less offensive than I was expecting. And again - my kid's joy makes it all worth it.

Great Hoop System!
Great hoop. Very heavy backboard, which is good, but takes three people to install. Two people to hoist the backboard and another on the roof to fasten the bolts. Once installed, the hoop is very sturdy and professional in appearance.

Great Product
I really love the hope and so do my kids it looks awesome! We wish the rim had a little more give, because the rebounds shoot off quite hard and far, but looks very real and professional!

Great product from a great company
I was impressed with the heavy duty roof frame, backboard and rim. I was more impressed with the ease of assembly and placement on to the roof. This was delivered to my garage promptly after I purchased it online. I would recommend this product to anyone!
