Great size for its price

This has been a lifesaver as deal with issues with my sympathetic nervous system. I definitely would recommend this for anyone with health issues. Once you get used to the acupressure points on your back, you will start to feel relaxed when using. Don't give up since it can take time (a few weeks) to get used to.

I ordered this specific acupressure mat because I wanted to be able to lie on it on the floor wearing thin material clothes or bare backed, and I also wanted to be able to sit on it and lean against it while feeling all the spikes really well. The first time I used it, I was very sore from having been in a sledding accident. An adult man ran me over as I stood near the base of a tree taking a photo a couple days before Christmas 2022. I smashed to the icy packed down hard snow and couldn't breathe. I was extremely sore for a whole week, with stabs of pain all through my torso if I sneezed, coughed, laughed, moved, etc...So I got this mat and sat on it + leaned against it on my couch. I put the pillow behind my neck with my hair up so I could feel the spikes against my skin and my head. It felt so nice!I closed my eyes and experienced a euphoric kind of relaxation, and I was actually sitting on this mat/leaning against it (since it's so nice and long) for 2.5 hours. I had tons of relief and my pulled psoas muscle was also greatly soothed somehow. I have no idea why it helped so much, but I literally had so much relief that I was changed from that one 2.5 hour session.I have tried standing on the mat with bare feet and I can't do it. Sock feet are okay. I prefer to wear something that is super thin fabric or just lie on it on my floor after pulling my shirt up in the back.I often hug the pillow at night. I squeeze it hard and feel the spikes into my arms. I also love it on my cheek. The only part of my face that doesn't like it is my ears.I'm the kind of person who really enjoys 'snake bites' (twisting your arm skin really hard in opposite directions). I don't know if that's why I can handle the spikes really easily. I enjoy this mat so much. The pillow cover has a zipper but I haven't tried to open it yet.

Chiropractor was closed for vacation and I was dying! Got this mat actually for my autistic kiddo to help with sensory regulation. I had ribs out of place, neck was stiff and was having a hard time twisting or turning- laid on the mat to show my kiddo and explained how you lay and relax for a few minutes. When I got up I felt a little looser. Laid on the mat for 20 mins a few times that day, and continued to do so the next day- needless to say I didn’t even feel like I needed to go to the chiro when they got back from vacation but I did. I feel old and stiff all the time whether I stretch or not, this mat is a lifesaver and it’s become part of routine to use every day now :)

Was a little worried but really feel like this is foing to help out amazingly to work on my spams and to help relax me and even to tackle my migraines.Just feel like I'm melting away. Even stepping on this is quite amazing, can be odd and a little painful until you get used to it. Kinda like switching to a sonic toothbrush for the first time... lol those things tickle af...

This acupressure mats are pretty brilliant when done correctly. This brand uses two thick of padding so when you lay on it everything squeezes and presses out of place and becomes more painful than therapeutic.I was very interested in the magnetic Acupuncture desks but because of the awkwardness of the pad and material I was unable to experience this. Do yourself a favor and either get a different brand or remove the phone padding from this completely and lay on a firm bed or massage table. Don't let this mat affect your opinion of acupressure mats for the future.We did send this back even though the color and size was perfect

I love this item! Since I received it, I’ve noticed a positive difference in my mood and feeling of well being. In the morning, I use it for about 30 minutes while engaging in my deep breathing and meditation routine. Also, before bed for relaxation. It’s a great gift for yourself or someone who enjoys awesome holistic activities.

This product works miraculously! Regularly, I have acupuncture and deep tissue massage: Acupressure mat is extremely helpful bringing the benefits of both. I ordered different ones: This brand has magnetic points (I could feel the energy transmitted) - which made a tremendous difference compared to the ones that don’t have them.I was surprised it has few reviews finding the amazing results of this specific brand.
