Hard to believe these are Gluten Free Pancakes!
I recently ordered Healthier Way sweet potato pancakes and then cooked up a batch for breakfast! I wasn't sure what to expect with a new gluten free product, but the flour felt very smooth and the results were delicious! Even better than I expected. I beat the egg, milk, water and oil and as I added the mix I smelled a hint of cinnamon. (Love that smell) Having a lot of experience cooking with gluten free flours and knowing they can be a little gritty, I made sure to let the batter rest, as the instructions say. Nope. There was not one bit of grit in the cooked pancake. They were silky smooth, with a hint of sweetness so I only used about 1 tbsp of syrup for a whole plate full of pancakes. These aren't just "very-good-considering- they-are-gluten-free". These are really excellent pancakes!

Mostly rice flour, not sweet potato flour, with added sugar, maltodextrin and GMO ingredients. Not healthy at all.
Healthier Way? Not even close. Mix contains GMO cornstarch, GMO soy, maltodextrin ( which will spike your blood sugar and is usually made from GMO corn), fake vanilla flavor, and added sugar.The primary ingredients of the flour mixture are rice flour, brown rice flour, and tapioca starch. After those ingredients they add some sweet potato flour, sorghum flour and soy flour. Should be called Rice Flour Pancake Mix with added GMOs.

Delicious Pancakes
The pancakes are wonderful but I find the mix too pricey for me to use on a regular basis. Which I find very disappointing!

Light fluffy great taste. Had to order three boxes we like it so much. Great with pecans and maple syrup or even fried chicken. Will buy again
