I’ve noticed a difference in my recovery and daily energy since taking these. They’re easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. Taste isn't great but isn't bad either. Beats shoveling protein heavy meals down my face.

This is a great supplement and good at doing what it needs to do but the pills are very large and they smell incredibly bad when opening the container, so bad in fact I stopped taking them and will look for something else. When you open the lid a thick puff of pill dust aggressively goes everywhere. It will get trapped in your nose and you will smell it until you wash it out. It smells like a cross between dog food and a dirty hamster cage. Like I said, the pills are large and you have to take 5 at a time. That dust that they shed is left in your mouth and yuck yuck yuck! You can taste it even after drinking a bunch of water. I’m sorry but this supplement is not recommended.

I found these work great for me to get the proper amount of protein my body had been lacking. Been take for over .2months and I can really feel the benefits. They are easy for me to take but they are kinda big so if you have a hard time swallowing them, you can always crush them up and blend them into a smoothie if needed. #ad
