The product works fine but came with no tripod.. how do I get refund or delivery of tripod for this?

Be careful - not a phone holder
It's quite good, but one thing to be careful before buying is that it's just a light- you can't hold your phone on it. However, I did figure out a way to place my phone on the, thing you twist to make it loose, satisfied!
