Poor manufacturing, cute catchy design
I was very disappointed with this purchase. I had high expectations based on the other reviews, but they were far from met. The quality is terrible. The one zipper pull broke only minutes after removing it from the packaging. Because my daughter loved it so much, I let her carry it to school on the first day, only to have the zipper 'track' break then. Very cheaply made & it shows! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$

Cheap material. Zipper broke in the first week of school. Lots of strings hanging from the inside of the backpack. Will the company send a replacement since I spent 40 dollars and it's falling apart ?
