Pilot Iroshizuku Fountain Pen Ink - 50 ml Bottle - Tsutsuji Azalea (Magenta) (Japan Import)

The color is a brilliant magenta that strikes my eye as being maybe a little purple. It's BEAUTIFUL!!! This ink manages to flow quite nicely while not being excessively "wet". I've been using it every day at work lately for everything other than signatures as the color wouldn't be appropriate.

If you haven't tried any it the Pilot Iroshizuku inks, start with this one! It isn't too wet or dry. It dries quickly and it has a beautiful golden sheen that shows as it is drying.

Arrived without any issues. The quality of this ink is fantastic. It’s much thicker than the cheap stuff I put in my pen and it’s kept my cheap pen from leaking all over my hands! Plus, the color is rich and beautiful. Not only is the ink great, the reservoir is so luxurious and stately sitting on my desk.

I have many of these inks. They are smooth flowing, have vibrant colors and the bottles are easy to use for all pen configurations. Highly recommended over other premium brands for affodability and quality.

In case anyone was wondering, as I did, this ink is absolutely not water resistant as stated in the description. However, it is a lovely color and I'm sure if water resistance isn't a thing for someone it will be a joy to use.

Can't go wrong with any Iroshizuku ink! Gorgeous color, behaves well in the pen, dries quickly. These are the best inks for the price!

I had gotten a sample of this ink from Goulet Pens and fell in love with it....however the price there and everywhere else I looked was exorbitant. Then I found it here for quite a significant savings...the only drawback was there was a two month long wait since it was being shipped on a slow boat from Japan. However, because I had already gotten two sample vials of ink, I was able to ink the pen I wanted to use it in (a Monteverde Artista) and the samples, fortunately lasted until the ink finally arrived in the mail --one day after I despaired of ever receiving it. Now, one would think that with that long wait, that it would affect my rating of this ink...however I love the ink so much that it was well worth the wait and I am so grateful to have been able to purchase it for an affordable price that both of these factors made up for the hassle of the wait and I still am giving it a five star rating. I would advise you to do as I did and purchase some samples of the ink to hold you over as well as to see if you love it as much as I do.

This is a very lovely magenta ink with a goldish sheen to it on better paper; I was not expecting that. Very smooth with dip pens.Packaging of ink was in the normal retail box with no bubble wrap. The order included 2 bottles of ink and a ream of paper. Arrived in a large, flat box with no packing (dunnage). One ink box was crushed but the bottle was intact; it was crushed by the heavy ream of paper sliding around loose in the box with nothing to stabilize it.

The ink is great, the colour is beautiful. It’s as good as all my other Iroshizuku inks. It’s a little darker than Kosumosu.

Ink flows flawlessly from the two pens I've used it in. Color is stunning, more intense than the photos show. Very spendy, but no regrets.

Awesomeness in a bottle! The Pilot iroshizuku tsutsuji ink is a very pleasant and soothing color.... The J. Herbin Lie de Thé is also a beautiful ink....Superb seller... Fantastic packaging and intact product..... Great and seamless delivery... Highly recommended
