Q: When is this gonna be actually released? Every time I check it pushes back the date.

It's out. I gave up on amazon and bought mine from an online seller. Check USA Gundam store or Gundam Place store, Galactic toys and Games. Hub Hobby is a good Local shop for me. Hope this helps.
