Out of tolerance?
The one I got was just slightly smaller all around than the original one. It wouldn't fit over the hose or on the back of the unit. When I put them against each other it was visible that it's just a little smaller. Not sure if that's just this brand or just the one I got. Returned it and bought another brand that worked great.

Not an exact fit to a Black and Decker AC
This coupler does not fit the Black and Decker port on the unit or the exhaust hose. I had to do some modification to make it fit the port and had to use duct tape to connect the hose. With these modifications it does the job of conducting the warm air out.
