The sticky and bumpy gel pads for the metatarsal area I found to be extremely helpful. I think the piece for the bottom of the foot, which is supposed to be anchored by latching onto the toe next to the big toe, would be more useful without the anchor ring and if the bottom was sticky to hold it in place. I haven't used the other items but the cloth bunion pad fits well should I need it.

Great deal. I use these on a foot which had a lot of surgery and hasnt yet regrown the natural padding between the bones and skin. It makes it feel just like my other foot once its in a shoe. I've used a lot of "high heel" pads in the past and these that hav the loops of the met pads are by far the best. The ones that stick in your shoes from this set are just ordinary, but the others are great and its a good price for all together.

Some are good, some are okay. It worth the money to see what works for you!

I purchased in hopes of relieving forefoot pain as mentioned in description. I have peripheral neuropathy in my fourth metatarsal on my right foot. The pads were too big and did not set well in the foot slip provided. I wish a smaller size pad was included. It may work for other sorts of foot pain, but did not relieve mine. The pads were well made.
