This replacement kit installed easily. It functions as expected. The parts feel sturdy and I expect it will outlast the last kit I purchased. The handle is shiny without looking cheap.

Simple and easy to install. The brass lever is also easy to bend. I did a very small bathroom renovation and this adds to the overall aesthetic. The metal handle feels nice on the touch and looks great.

When the toilet flushing handle broke, I thought I was going to have to replace the whole flushing mechanism inside the tank. I removed the tank lid and saw that only the plastic piece connecting the handle to the flapper was broken. Then I saw that a handle only replacement was available and decided to try that first. It worked great! Done in a few minutes. Cost $12 and delivered at my request 3 days from ordering. Install was simple. Holding the new handle I just inserted the attached plastic piece (about 4-5" long) through the hole in the tank from the front, tightened the plastic nut inside on back of the handle just a little to hold it steady. I then connected the plastic piece to the chain on the flapper in the proper hole (to ensure flapper functions and closes without interference from the chain), then tightened the plastic nut on the inside to secure the handle and it worked! In the past I have had to replace the whole flushing mechanism, however, this is first time that the plastic piece connecting the handle to the flapper broke in two. I was happy to find that a "quick fix" was available for the handle component only and for a great price! Received item as requested and back to flushing in just a few minutes! Thank you so much!

Works well had to bend it big time to fit in tank properly but seems sturdy and bending wasn’t very difficult

Bought three to match all bathrooms, and took about five minutes to install for each. Extremely aesthetic, functional, and didn't need to use the chain provided and only the main fixture. The main fixture was malleable to fit each individual toilet and the works equally as well as the factory made handle.

Well made but would be better if the nut that inserts in the tank's attachment hole was adjustable 90 degrees. This would better orient the lever for tanks that have a hole with a diamond orientation. Also had to use pliers to bend the rod to fit the curvature of the tank.
