<<<UPDATE>>>The company reached out regarding my original review about the product being watery. They sent me the same product from a new batch, & it is PERFECT. The texture of the new one is creamy, rubs in easily. The scent is mild & lovely. When it comes to any type of product that goes on my skin I always do embarrassingly excessive amount of research to find a company that uses safe ingredients. This mineral body sunscreen is cruelty-free, non-GMO, & EWG certified. I really like it, & I am extremely picky.For the company to care enough to reach out, ask about the issue, & correct it also speaks volumes. Anyways guys, the take home message is this.. I trust the company & believe they have respectable values, I like the product in terms of ingredient safety, adequate sun protection, & consistency of the actual sunscreen. Worth the purchase. 100%!!!The first time I ordered this it was perfect.. exactly what I was looking for. It is EWG verified (I think... or at least a safe rating), smells good & mild. This time, the formula is watery. Every time I use it water comes out with the sunscreen, which is a bit gross in my opinion. For this reason, I would not recommend & I'll be back on the hunt for a clean/safe sunscreen when this bottle runs out.. sadly because other than that I was planning to buy this for a long time to come.

We discovered this sunscreen last year, and it's been our go-to for ourselves and our young kids ever since. Compared to other mineral sunscreen, this rubs in really well and you can't see residue from it. My kids have really sensitive skin and this works well for them with no reaction. No one has had a sunburn when we use this. I also like that the bottles are 3 ounces so we can easily fly with it in our carry-ons.NOTE: it can separate if the bottle gets overly heated. Hasn't been an issue when we've been at the beach (I try to keep my bag out of direct sun anyway so my phone doesn't overheat) but it was an issue once when it was delivered during a heatwave and likely overheated in the mail truck. Love Sun Body's customer service was fantastic when that did happen and quickly sent a replacement.

I really wanted to like this sunscreen. It’s reef-safe and sensitive skin-safe, but it’s way too thick and paste-like in consistency. Very hard to rub in and likewise almost impossible to wash off (even with a textured cloth). Maybe I got a bad batch? But $28 is just too much for disappointing sunscreen. The search continues.

This product is so thick that it is really hard to squeeze out of the tube...and once I got it out, it took a LOT of rubbing in to get pas the white glow- Thankfully, I had brought another type on my trip, because it really borders on unusable. For the price, I'm sorely disappointed...

Couldn't spread very well. Dry, doesn't do any good if you can't cover your body with it. Very pricey for sunscreen. Ingredients are the most healthy for your skin is why I bought it.

I recently started to look for mineral only sunscreens, and this one is the best by far! The texture is great, and it rubs in easily. Takes maybe 30 seconds or so to fully absorb, so you can easily see where you've applied it. Leaves skin soft and not sticky at all. Totally sheer sun protection! This will be my go to from now on. Added bonus? It's reef safe, so not harmful to the environment.

This protects your skin from both UVA and UVB (sun rays) without using chemicals which are bad for your skin and for the environment. It blocks the sun with zinc oxide which is non toxic; and other types of zinc are good for your immune system. It turns your skin a little white at first, but it disappears quickly. You need to put it on about 15 minutes before sun exposure and you need to re-apply after a couple hours. It is not real strong protection; only 30 spf. I think I will look for a zinc oxide sunscreen that is a little stronger next time.

I live in Florida and have tried every sunscreen, it seems. I am very concerned about using one that has 100% natural ingredients. I am impressed with the fact that Love Sun Body has an Ecocert – Cosmos Natural certification. It is sheer, lightweight but effective and I love all of the products they offer, including for my niece's baby! I will be ordering more - this is now my go-to sunscreen! I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to, as it is so important what we put on our bodies!
