I have been GF for as long as I remember. Cannolis are my favorite dessert. These made me so happy I cannot put into words. I haven’t had one in many many years. They taste SO GOOD. Thank you thank you thank you for making these. Order with a bunch of cannoli cream filling from Sals also on Amazon and your be in heaven. I keep them in my freezer and pull a few out at a time.

GF Option That Exceeds My Italian Expectations
Let's start with what's important...these are fantastic. As my spouse is GF for US products (don't get me started), my Italian heritage soul has been craving a way for us to share in many of my favourite meals. Years of navigating and testing covered many things till we got to the "dolce". Thank you Frank and Sal for delivering a fabulous resolution. There is no, zero, nada, taste difference between these and a traditional cannoli shell. I was a bit surprised by the size of the box that arrived and thought, "how many did I order?!" Opening I saw the care that was taken in packing these so as not to arrive crushed and in crumbles like so many other items. Filled them with my homemade recipe and put them in the fridge. They didn't last :) In short, great taste and texture with obvious abundant care taken in shipping. Thank you Frank and Sal...you've made my spouse and I very happy.

Tasty, Crunchy, and well packed
the positive reviews are legit - these little guys are really tasty, crunchy, easy to fill and sturdy. One of best tasting shells I have eaten. How they get from Sicily to NYC to my house without breaking is impressive. I have had very good experience over past few years ordering from Frank and Sal Market. These guys are about half the sie of a regular cannoli shell but large enough to look impressive on a plate. A tad pricey but high quality and gluten-free to boot.

Tasted very good!
Used these for my cannoli filling when attending a special picnic. They arrived earlier than expected. I purchases 2 packages. One package had 2 broken but the other package had 5 broken. I was disappointed with the broken shells especially since these were pricey too. However, the gluten free people who ate these were very pleased to be able to have cannoli's that they could eat. I would purchase again for a special occasion but not on a regular basis.

Gluten Free Cannoli
These are spectacular-my son has Celiac. I was skeptical-no more. These are better than regular cannoli shells. They are a bit crispier and so tasty!

Delicious mini cannoli shells and they are GF!!!
These gluten-free Natisani mini cannoli shells are delicious! I made some cannoli filling and filled these and was thrilled when I tried these. They are the perfect balance of crispy and crunchy without being too hard or too delicate.The flavor and texture are excellent. You wouldn't know they are gluten-free if no one told you.Believe it or not, none of the shells in my box were broken. I'd give more than five stars if I could.
