The embossing stamps are fine and work well, but the dies which were what I was most wanting to use are of limited application. The two large ones are fine - they are script so joined together and large enough to handle and one can apply adhesive to the die-cut card. The remaining words are comprised of tiny individual letters (nothing to connect them to each other) so once cut out they are almost impossible to handle and certainly impossible to glue, so they are absolutely of no use. Effectively only the clear stamps and two large dies are usable.Very disappointed.

I expected to get the set of dies that matches with the stamps. Instead, I got a random set of dies with sentiments that I am not even sure if I will be using them.

When I saw this set I noticed the beautiful ‘welcome’ die, and knew it would be just right for making cards to welcome new employees. I’m on the welcome team at work. We help with on-boarding new employees to help the feel like a valued member of our diverse team. As part of that process we are always looking for innovative ways to make the first day at work memorable for new employees. First impressions are very important, so we start with a unique welcome card signed by everyone on the team, and sometimes a small gift, presented by their ‘welcome buddy’ who is there to show them around and be a resource for many months to come.Pros•The dies and stamps are of good quality.•An excellent cursive font, in just the right variety of sizes is used.•This set is also great for making cards for baby showers.Applications:1. I cut out the die three times out of Neenah white 110 lb card stock scraps and glued them together with glitter glue(it dries clear without warping) then stamped it with Versamark and clear embossing powder and heat embossed it several times. It had just the right amount of dimension and shine. I placed it on dark background on the front of the card. It was perfect for the application.2. Heat embossed vellum bellybands for: cards, invitations to a baby shower, baby announcements, or thank you for the baby shower gift messages.Cons:None. It’s all positive.
