These vitamins are great. No complaints.. other than the fact that you still will get the fish burps and it does definitely have a peppermint flavor when you swallow them. I think we’ve noticed higher energy and feeling better.. probably overall a lot better than regular vitamins. I’ve heard they absorb more thoroughly.

Great multivitamin, my mid-day sleepiness is gone and I no longer feel so sluggish. As other reviews mention, there is a fishy taste from burps but this can be solved by not taking these on a empty stomach.

I've tried several different types of multi-vitamins for men throughout the years, and definitely find these the best. Beyond the nice aesthetics of the pill and good minty taste, these Ritual vitamins actually make me feel more energized. I notice that I get sick less often too. I've expanded my vitamin purchases to include all the Ritual vitamin products now. There's really no downside to taking them: our health is our wealth!

Was looking for a simple clean multivitamin for everyday. I really enjoy these. No bad aftertaste. Also got the woman's for my wife. Feel good taking these.

I'm horrible at taking vitamins as a middle aged guy. These came well recommended, so I gave them a shot. Overall, I'm happy with them and am continuing use. I'd say they are a bit hard to swallow because the casings are quite sticky. The aftertaste is horrible. I keep burping up a raw fish taste. I absolutely hate that. Also, since this is an item that has a more regulated and predictable use, I attempted to set up a monthly subscription with Amazon, which I don't normally do. The problem was, as I reached the end of a month's supply, I noticed I had only 4 pills left, yet a new bottle had not yet arrived. I checked status with Amazon and my next bottle wasn't expected to come for another week...what the heck?? If someone subscribes for a daily-use health item, Amazon should be more on top of ensuring the item is received before the previous bottle runs out. Or notify the buyer that it will be late and not on time. I instead bought my next bottles from Target, who also stocks this stuff.

Yes good to use before using talk to your PCP to make sure that you can use. I find it to be a great vitamin. Just expensive. I wait for it to be on sale and buy 2 .

Great vitamin for both of my older boys, one doesn’t eat healthy. He tells me since taking this vitamin he feel less fatigue. Will purchase again.
