When I ordered the first one it came and the light bulb was shattered I sent it back on a Thursday and got a replacement Sunday afternoon. Pretty quick delivery and it's super bright. My bearded dragon loves it! Only issue I have is it's a little longer then I thought but that's my fault I should have measured before hand.

This product works as described. We always get repti zoo for our chameleon. I like that it’s the combo. The brightness is very , good quality

This is the third one I’ve ordered. The first came defective and would not turn on, the second one never arrived, now this one came in an obviously pre opened package, missing the mounting parts and reflector and also would not turn on.

I've had this bulb for over six months now and it's still good. I have a card to check to see if it's still putting out uvb rays and it is. This light has lasted the longest out of any other bulb I've used in the past. It puts out some good heat too. I run my light at least fifteen hours a day. I'm beyond happy and satisfied with my purchase. Great value for the money.

Only lasted about 1 month. Feel like should last longer for cost

I mainly bought this for the hood, which is exactly what I wanted. Very simple, small housing for the size of bulb I was looking for. I started using this on Jan 12th and the bulb that came with it just burned out today, Feb 22nd, 40 days later. Didn't last as long as I'd hoped, but I ordered backup bulbs along with it anyway. The power cable is also annoyingly short (around 3-4 feet, it probably says in the description somewhere I just wasn't paying attention), so you may need an extension cord. No complaints about the hood itself though!

I had some issues with the first purchase only because of the shipping handlers being too rough with a delicate bulb but once reported they sent another right out and it was also a bit damaged due to shipping but my daughter fiddled with the bulb squeezing the ends and it has worked great every since. Amazon made it good and gave my refund so now The PUFFSTER is happier and feeling better and that makes my heart happy! Thanks for making it good Amazon <3 Windy Fritzke

Ésta es la segunda lámpara repti zoo que tengo. La primera de 22" y ahora de 34". En realidad son buenas PERO los focos no funcionan correctamente. En los dos casos funcionaron un par de semanas correctamente. Pero, al checar el output UVB te das cuenta que se degradaron. Estos focos deben durar al rededor de un año. Y no son baratos. Hay mejores opciones.
