The water in my WaterRower tank has been looking a bit green, but the siphon hose that came with it has always had a bit of an air leak and has therefore been a big pain to use. This little device is dead simple to use, low mess, and even stores smaller than the hose that I had before. I highly recommend this hose for easier tank maintenance.

I have to admit that I did not know what to expect when I bough this siphon, but it works great! I use it to fuel my tractor. The fuel cap is located on the top of the hood which is hard to reach without spilling using a 5 gallon can. I can sit the fuel can on the bucket arm and siphon fuel easily and fast into the tank.

Wow! Great Siphon, keep the outlet lower than the inlet and shake the inlet rapidly for several seconds and you’re off to the races. Solid materials in my opinion, although I did not measure its flow rate I did test it in a five gallon bucket. I filled the bucket and let the hose continue to run until it was over flowing. The bucket was placed on a table about three feet off the ground. I inserted siphon and shook, with the garden tap still flowing and within two minutes the bucket was empty to the put the siphon quit sucking the water level dropped below 1/2-3-4” of an inches. Great item just to keep around in the event of a flood or some other plumbing emergency.

The 4ft hose is pretty limited for most applications. Go with a longer hose or grab a 1/2" plastic barb at the end and add your desired length of hose.The ball inside the siphon mechanism tends to rattle quite often and restricts the glow rate considerably.Despite those 2 minor complaints the product lives up to its design.Simple, effective and never will run out of power like a battery pump would.

Wow, just got this in the mail. Tried it out with a water bottle into the kitchen sink. Place the copper end in the fluid and 5-10 seconds of vertical shaking and it will start flowing. It moves a lot of fluid. I'm planning to have along on motorcycle trips and hopefully never have to use it. But if I do I know it will work well. I'll have to be careful not completely drain whoever I siphon from!

Shaker syphons are an amazingly simple device that is so simple in design and so flawless in operation that all boaters should have one (to add fuel from jerry cans and similar to their fuel tanks). Just ONE flow with this manufacturer's offering... the hose is just TOO short! In the real world this product will fall short - the device works just fine but the hose provided won't work many real world applications. If you don't mind replacing the delivery end of the hose, you will be just fine - if not, the produce falls SHORT.

This is THE best tool for anyone that needs to fill a boat gas tank from a gas can. This little siphon easily gets every drop out of your gas can into the boat. No drips, spills or awkward pouring situations. Every boat owner should have one of these on deck.

Excellent product. I use it to siphon gasoline into my runabout tank. Also, VERY reliable company. Sent me a replacement when I had trouble with my first one

This is a great item. I use it everyday for my lawncare business and filling the mowers up, i know it sounds alittle crazy but when your lifting the gas cans up as much as we do everyday,, they can get alittle heavy. This this takes alot of weight off us and fills alittle faster the the can spouts.

Funciona bien, aunque siendo la manguera de 3/8 tarda varios minutos en trasvasar 20 litros. Me parece corta la manguera.

Easy to use

Practice reqd to make it siphon:-Submerge the metal end.-Make sure other end is lower -Hold hose 6" from end and gyrate the metal end back and forth quickly under the water.-Hose must fill up 100% before you stopThen it works!If it doesn't work at first do it harder!
