Why did you pick this product vs others?: This Steamer is phenomenal! Came on time and well packaged. I purchased this steamer to use for my detailing & cleaning business and it has performed exceptionally well for me. The Only draw back that I have is the construction of the steamer housing (Plastic) is so light weight, but the overall build is good quality. The steamer does not come with very many attachments, and the long attachment that it does come with tends to swivel, no matter how tight it's attached to the gun, the part where it swivels should have just been one solid piece. My 5 star rating is because it does work very well, no need to keep re-filling, just get a bucket full of water and steam-away! Recommend.

I really like using this steam cleaner. Its small and easy to move around. It heats up quickly and does a great job.the only drawback is the hose gets really hot.youve got to be aware of the danger.

Works great, been using it a lot of the past week. I have cleaned approx. 600Sqft of title and grout. The handle does get hot after awhile. Only thing I can really say might be bad is that when I come back after a break the unit does not have the same amount of force(power) for a lack of better word. I have to empty the unit completely drain it and run the unit dry, then restart the process and it will then be back to full force. It does not do this every time but enough that I should mention it.

It arrived on time, in a nice black carry case with all the supplies. It literally took me 2 minutes to set this thing up and i had steaming "hot" water shooting out of this thing in no time. It's crazy how hot the water gets when there's no tank reservoir in which I really love about this thing; the endless water supply and don't have to worry about how much water is left. Another thing I really like is that its very compact and easy to take on a trip, especially if your go camping and have a trailer. The hose length is perfect and the nozzle works amazing and has a user friendly trigger to adjust the pressure. The main reason I purchased this is for auto detailing the engine and interior, general use around the house (bathrooms, toilet) and works very well cleaning door/window tracks. I would "highly" recommend this product to anyone that loves to clean, and yes, it's worth every penny!

I got this to spot clean some things around the house. It takes a little bit of time to heat up, but it generates quite a bit of steam. I've tried using those steam cleaners that look like vacuum cleaners, but this one is a little nicer because when it runs out of water, I don't have to wait until it cools down, then refill it, then wait until it heats back up. I can just swap out the gallon jug of distilled water. On the flip side, I have to carry around a jug of distilled water, which could tip over if I'm careless. But maybe I'm just not good at steam cleaning ... it doesn't clean as effectively as I was hoping. It has worked fine on those things that just require a little of elbow grease, but it hasn't been effective against some kitchen areas that I haven't been able to clean with detergents and abrasives.

A+... We used this for commercial drain and kitchen cleaning. Great for removing biofilm, sticky residue, and dirt. You need your own reservoir (we used a 2.5 gallon container). The metal part of the wand gets really hot so be careful. This is perfect for what we used it for.

Worked fine for 2 separate 10 minute continuous uses. Burned out, failed to work after 2nd use. NO steam, no power; utterly failed. For this money, I would expect a little more. Buyer beware! Buy at your own risk or detriment

This is my second and by far, the best / hottest steamer I've tried. So much easier than filling a tank and taking 12-15 minutes to heat up. The issue is, an email attempt to contact the company bounced back. The water is not coming out in a consistent stream. I must say, it is so much easier dropping the water input hose in a gallon jug! Turn the unit off, let it cool down a tad, and your done. Maybe I've over looked something? I then tried to leave a message for the seller through chat. Never heard anything back from Amazon. Might be worth wearing some good gloves. A mere blink of an eye and I got a good burn, just from accidentally touching the metal part of the nozzle. The hose gets extremely hot as well, for those with curious pets.

Hola, yo lo compre porque desgraciadamente por un peluche que compre en una tienda se supone de prestigio... Traía chinches e infestaron mi cama y con ayuda del evaporizador, evaporice en rincones qué no podía sacarlas de ahí, con el vapor caliente, salieron quemadas y así he ido terminando con esa plaga, no hay que desesperarse, una vez colocada la, manguera que absorvera el agua que va a evaporizar y sus respectivos aditamentos, chequen que este bien atornillado donde sale la manguera plateada que sale del aparato hacia la pistola para fumigar, si no esta bien apretada con el calor se afloja y se gotea, tiene remedio si desde un principio antes de ponerla a funcionar se aprieta bien, pero que quede bien enroscada no tendrán ningún problema, trabaja de maravilla, primero sale chorritos de agua y después de 45 segundos, comienza a salir vapor, el primer vapor lo avienta fuertisimo, tengan mucho cuidado porque la manguera de metal se calienta y pueden quemarse, la pistola también se va calentando, así que hay que tomarle el tiempo al producto porque sólita te indica cuando es hora de apretar la pistola y que siga saliendo con mucha fuerza, tiene un sonido leve pero si pones atención te lo indica y así haces tus labores super genial, talvez porque como la primera vez que la use, le puse mucha atención en como trabajaba el aparato y que hacía... , me di cuenta que cuenta con un pequeño aviso, parece como si se fuera a apagar, pero no es así, sólita modera su calor,me imagino que tiene como un seguro para que no se queme el aparato, pues a mi me resultó muy útil, fui lavando también otras cosas como baño, azulejos, los filos de humedad qué se acumulan en las orillas del azulejo quedaron geniales, además con el vapor en la cama quemas las chinches y después con la humedad que queda colocas ácido bórico, pero ojo, no se mete ningún liquido ni polvo a la cubeta del agua con la que trabaja el aparato, ahí solo es agua natural, solo cuando terminas de fumigar con calor, aparte puedes espolvorear el polvo de ácido bórico, pero que no tenga contacto con tu piel, polvo de borax, también qué no tenga contacto con tu piel o la tierra de diatomeas qué es más seguro y puede tener contacto con tu piel y hasta con tus mascotas y también lo consigues en esta misma tienda ya dejarás de sufrir con esos animalitos que dan mucha lata, se los recomiendo mucho,viene en su estuche, todo ordenado y hasta, me llego antes de la entrega. Ojalá les sirva esta información.

Don’t waste your money on a $50 steamer. This is the real deal. Constant hot steam as much as you want. Great for cleaning walls, floors and getting rid of bedbugs.

Works really good to thaw frozen livestock water bowls in winter time!
