ZenBev is an excellent product. ZenBev has melatonin as well as L-tryptophan within it as ingredients and both of these ingredients help with insomnia. I take a scoop every night in water. I also try to take this product on an empty stomach.Take this product approximately one half of an hour prior to going to bed. You will have positive results There is 45gm. of L-tryptophan within Zenbev. Very reasonable in price also.

Very bland tasting, had to add a touch of honey and cinnamon to enhance the taste. In terms of sleep effectiveness, it didn't enhance my sleep at all.

This did not work at all!! In fact I was up more the nights that I took it than the other nights. FORGET THIS PRODUCT!
