I haven't quite figured out why, but the chefs knife just doesn't cut well. Sharpness is fine but there's some kind of issue with the ergonomics. It just isn't easy to use at all, I find I can cut better with my old £10 chefs knife. I'll persevere with it, but it's honestly really disappointing for the price. The santoku knife is excellent though, it very quickly became my go-to knife. If you're choosing between them, 100% go with the santoku.

Comes well packaged in a nice wooden box. Looks better made and of a higher quality in real life than it does in the photos. It's razor sharp too, straight out of the box. I do mean razor sharp; It will literally shave hair off your arm, I tried. Highly recommend.

This knife is an absolute dream. Beautiful Damascus patern, well weighted and balanced and absolutely sharp as a razor. Utmost care required when using it. You won't feel it cut you it's so sharp.

This has a good grip handle, very sharp and does the job wonderfully, I am thinking of buying another as my other 👨‍🍳 keeps taking mine.Would recommend with ease.

Quel plaisir de recevoir son couteau avec un vrai packaging pour ce prix là ! Une boîte en bois une chamoisine épaisse et un petit pot de cire qui a un intérêt limité mais qui a le mérite d’être là.Le couteau est bien équilibré, la forme santoku est pratique pour moi qui préfère un couteau avec un ventre de lame restreint pour une surface de contact entre la lame et la planche plus grande.Le Damas est réussi, l’aus-10 est un acier bien connu qui a fait ses preuves et me permet d’affûter le couteau facilement tout en gardant une bonne rétention de tranchant !Et je préfère ces manches en G10 plus facile d’entretiens lorsque l’on cuisine avec les mains humides pas de risque d’abîmer le bois du manche.Très bon rapport qualité prix !

Kommt gut geschärft an und schneidet gut. Liegt gut in der Hand und sieht schön aus.Die Langlebigkeit wird sich noch zeigen, aber für den Preis gibt's nichts zu meckern.

War ein Geschenk für meinen Besten Freund, der sich mega über die Überraschung gefreut hat!.....Aber VORSICHT auf die Finger ! ! ! 😉
