Good beverage dispenser
Bought as a backup to my other water dispenser - have one ready to fill while the other one is in use. Good job and love both. Good product, service, and durability great. Did change out the tap to a steel one. I would buy it again.

No spigot

$80 for Cheap plastic spout that leaks around glass seal...
This is a really nice looking 5 gallon glass jug. They ship it with a 50 cent plastic spigot instead of providing a metal one. It leaks because the diameter of the hard plastic is too small where it attaches to the glass. If you leave it overnight, you will have a large puddle in the morning. Doesn't matter how much you loosen it or tighten it. Leaks more when the jug is full. For the same price you can buy a different brand on amazon and get a 5 gal glass jug with metal spout that does not leak.

Dispenser is made of plastic, not glass
The lid of the dispenser feels like glass. The dispenser itself feels like plastic -- high quality plastic but definitely not what I paid for.
