While the instructions are a little muddled, having obviously been translated from another language, The device itself works great. Here are the instructions that you need.--Plug it in to a USB and completely charge it. There are four little blue lights on the side that give you an indicator as to how well it is charged. When it gets down to only two lights showing, I recommend going ahead and plugging it in, or you may quickly end up in the dark.--Make sure you turn the switch on the bottom to on.--To turn it on, blow right at that little hole. When you want to turn it off, do this again.--If you don't like the light level there are three settings. Once you have the lamp on, press that button and it will cycle through the three levels.

Had to return. Bought two and they didn't work.

I charged the lights and they would not work.

Great for a bathroom nightlight and I like the USB recharge instead of constant battery replacement. Only needs charging every week to ten days and we have it working about 10 hrs. every night.

Perfect light for RV at night.
