Looks brilliant in our kitchen. Good coverage. Sometimes looks grey, sometimes looks blue, depending on the light.

I've bought "Oatcake" & "Burnt Sugar" from this brand of mattpaints, and have been really impressed with both.They have a very low odour compared to a lot of paints I have used in the past, which helps with airing the space out after decorating.When I first received the Oatcake colour, I was worried it would be too light, but as soon as it was dry it was true to the colour advertised and is really soft and warm if you are looking to make a space more cosy without any thing to brash.I did two coats with both colours, and this covered well. Burnt sugar was brilliant for covering a previously vibrant and bright colour.Would recommend this brand, as its much cheaper than most paints but has a great quality.

My tub of paint has just arrivedShame its spilling out the top of the potSo I've painted this on white walls and so far it looks like it will be a one coat wonder with just a few small touch ups in places.The colour looked quite light on the picture on the tub but it's a really rich warm yellow.Goes on like a dream.Will be buying more of this paint when I move as it brilliant.

Value for money (£17), arrived tightly and secure sealed and packed to withstand all bumps and man-handling by any driver. Went on smoothly and dried within minutes - no toxic paint smell. Purchased to repaint kitchen as one applied was flaking and peeling after just one year.The colour was perfect.Initially bought the Vanilla Burst to compare with Antique Lace as difficult to tell from pics. The Antique Lace turned out to be the lighter of the two shades.Very happy with the results

I've used Johnstone's paint before so thought I'd try the kitchen paint.Its thick paint and goes on really well I've used less than half a tin on the walls I had to do,each having 2 coats.Dries really quick and not rough feeling like some matt paints.Would definitely buy again.Price is good value.
