Salt-Free Cajun Blackening Seasoning, Sensational Seasonings, 9 oz.

So far I've used this for three different things:- broiling boneless chicken which I then dice and add to gumbo. I heavily coat the chicken with this seasoning and some olive oil, and then after broiling the chicken this becomes the main seasoning for the gumbo itself. It works great because the broiling really brings out the flavors of the spices.- broiling salmon fillets which I then serve as is or on top of salad. Really delicious.- sprinkling on fresh cut French fries before air frying them. The high heat cooking process really brings out great flavor in this spice blend.I especially appreciate the fact that this blend isn't loaded with salt. I like to control the amount of salt that I add when I'm cooking to get the flavor to my liking, and I think most restaurant food is too salty. So many spice blends out there basically just mix in way too much salt as a cheap filler. This product gives me the spices I want -- so I don't have to hand mix and grind things myself -- without all that salt.

I made it myself from a recipe what costed me twice what I got from this bottle. Once I run out I'll buy another.

Wanted a Cajun seasoning that was salt free & seen this & I always check reviews & 75% of the buyers love/like it so I thought I would try Hubby does the cooking on the grill & he loves it & so do I , We brine a lot of our meats so with brine it has salt so did not want to add more salt & this works for us & is tasty also win win

Great on fish and shrimp. Not too spicy, but has the desirable cajun flavor.

Great on Catfish and Prawns! I really love Cajun spice and this is the best thing available. Zero salt means you can flavor food as heavy as you like without worrying about the over salted factor.

This stuff is the bomb! I used it for steamed shrimp and it was fantastic. No cocktail sauce required. Best of all it is sodium free. Just what the doctor ordered!

Not spicy enough for Cajun seasoning. I had to add cayenne pepper. If you like mild blackening seasoning, it’s probably okay.

Good product. Need to watch sodium. This fits the bill.
