A remote sensor, with controller use with  a 9 volt battery   Turns on/off LEDs Also will dim and brighten LEDs  Flashing LEDs will only work on the brightest setting This controller can control up to 50 LEDs The Controller has an on, off, dim,and bright buttons The controller also has a memory and will return to the last setting May NOT work in a metal diecast vehicle DC only 3-12 volts
