The Stem Ginger Shortbread Cookies by the Shortbread House of Edinburgh were delicious. I kept these for myself and ordered another flavor as a gift. I just wish that there were more in the lovely tin!

Meh...
I don’t care for the flavor of these biscuits. They are presented in a lovely tin, wrapped in a sleeve. The taste is mediocre at best. I have had waaay better shortbread. Also, the ingredients include vegetable oil. Why??!! Too cheap to exclusively use butter? These would make a lovely gift for someone you are not trying to impress.
