I combine a tsp of this with a tsp of instant coffee in my bigger 12 oz mugs. Makes a GREAT cup of coffee! I haven't seen "instant" results like you might experience from caffeine in coffee, but I believe it is having the desired effect over a period of time. The effect I was looking for was less brain fog... more clarity. I think it is getting me there!

Good flavor. I’ve just emptied my first bag of the LOKO Ashwagandha coffee. A nice addition to my regular cup of coffee as I like my coffee very strong. I didn’t know what to expect really. But I found myself having much more energy. Not jittery energy, but energy from within. Definitely raised my spirits.I’m ordering some more today.

I like because it tastes like coffee but it's a little weak.I buy the other brand or the flavor on my say of the same brand and there's just a little stronger bet overall asleep well
