Perfect
My husband and I love that you can see into this bassinet to easily keep an eye on baby. The swivel feature makes it easy to move when sleeping and doesn’t wake up baby. Our baby sleeps very well in this bassinet and doesn’t wake often throughout the night. The only issue, the legs stick out very far on this and I’ve tripped over them countless times. Be mindful of the legs and try to set up bassinet away from common walkways.

Would buy again!
We used this for the first 5 months of my son’s life and will use it for all of our future babies! I loved this. It tilts very nicely giving you an easier time to get them in and out! It looks very comfortable and my son loved it! I would definitely recommend!

Most amazing purchase!!!
So in love with this bassinet and can’t wait to try it! It fits perfectly underneath my bed and the legs aren’t a trip hazard like other reviews say unless you have a very low bed. Love the color and it’s very sturdy and heavy duty.

Ideal for first 3 months - tall and easy to pick up baby
Bought this as we wanted a bassinet that was tall - husband is 6’2” and I’m 5’7”..it’s very easy to put down and pick up our son from it. The swivel is extremely useful - we use this all the time to put the baby down and then turn the bassinet against the bed. Our son has slept in it for the last 11 weeks. We did purchase the halo bassinet sheets for it, but later realized any standard changing table sheet also fits the bassinet - it’s just slightly big, but works just as well. The bassinet easily detaches from the stand and can be carried to any room. For the first few weeks, we would take it to our living room everyday for his daytime sleeping.Things to watch out for -- The legs do come out quite a bit and we have tripped on it so many times- If your baby is on the larger side, he/she may outgrow it sooner. Our son is 12.5 lbs and 24.5 inches at 11 weeks and we are looking to move him to crib in a week.- the mattress is a little thin and baby gets cold if the room is colder than 75 degrees..so we added a polyester blanket under the fitted sheet and this seemed to help him sleep warmer and better.

Perfect!!
Wife had a c section so we purchased hoping it would be easy to pick up the baby with side dropping. Best feature is the swivel movement of the bassinet. Face baby anywhere we are so we can always see her face. Taking bassinet off for other locations is great. I would prob downgrade from musical and massager. We don’t use and volume is very low to hear. Great besides

So excited about these updates!
We used an older Halo Bassinest model in the past for our older daughter and loved it. I felt at peace knowing she was safe and I loved having her close. I never worried about SIDS or suffocation risks because of the flat mattress, mesh sides, and super sturdy frame. We never used any of the electronic features and didn’t really feel like we needed any of them. We also wanted to avoid creating any unnecessary sleep associations, so we didn’t really use the vibrating feature. We’re expecting our youngest in three months, and I am absolutely thrilled this newer model comes with the option to detach the stand so you can move the bassinest around the house for naps or use it while traveling. I also love that you can remove and wash the fabric in the washer! I’ll post updates as we use this newer model with our youngest but so far upon setting it up, I’m so pleased! It’s beautiful, sturdy, and well-designed. The only hiccup we had was when assembling the bassinet. One of the curved rods that supports the fabric sides was just ever so slightly bent in at the end enough to make it difficult to connect into the other piece to complete the assembly of the frame. We had to use some needle nose pliers wrapped in fabric to fix the dent without scratching the frame, and then we were able to connect the two top rails together. Not a big deal to me, but this bassinet is pricy for having this issue.Testing out the process of taking the bassinet on and off the stand was something I was curious about (as there were no prior reviews on Amazon at the time of our purchase) but it works pretty easily! The bassinet bed comes off the stand fairly easily and it’s fairly fool-proof connecting it back together. Since you can’t really look under the bassinet while your holding it to see where it should connect into the stand, they more or less designed a big funnel shape to help guide you into the right spot. It clicks when it’s locked in. It was much easier to use than I thought it would be.Now time to wait for baby to come!!

Purchased for my niece.
This is something my niece had on her list for a baby shower. Another niece said this was a life-saver when their baby was first born. Good reviews too.

Dissappointing experience due to gradual slope
Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Initially, I was excited about the BassiNest because it seemed well-constructed and had received positive reviews. However, over time, a critical issue emerged that has significantly impacted my overall satisfaction with the bassinet.*Design and Initial Impressions*Upon unboxing, the bassinet appeared sturdy and well-designed. The materials used felt high-quality, and assembly was straightforward. The mattress seemed comfortable, and the overall aesthetic was pleasing. For the first two months, it seemed like I had made a great choice for my baby’s sleeping arrangement.*The Sloping Issue*Around the third month of use, I noticed a slight incline developing in the bassinet. At first, I thought it was a minor issue and tried to adjust the legs and mattress to ensure everything was level. Unfortunately, the sloping issue persisted and gradually worsened over time. This was particularly concerning because a flat sleeping surface is essential for the safety and comfort of a newborn.*Impact on Baby’s Sleep*As the slope became more pronounced, my baby started to slide towards one side of the bassinet during sleep. This not only disrupted their sleep but also posed a potential safety hazard. I found myself constantly checking on my baby to ensure they hadn’t rolled into an uncomfortable or unsafe position. This lack of a stable sleeping surface completely negates the primary purpose of the bassinet, which is to provide a secure and comfortable place for my baby to rest.
