comfortable, but didn't last long.
I work at an animal shelter and the floor is very slippery. I got these because they are supposed to be slip resistant and good orthopedic shoes. I got them in April and I was very impressed at first. They were very easy to break in and I had no problem with slipping. The problem is that after six months they are already falling apart. The leather is separating from the sole in multiple places. There are also cracks in the leather. I would have thought that a pair of shoes created for people that stand all day would last longer then six months. I'm already having to replace them.

Best shoes ever!
I bought these shoes while working a seasonal retail job that required me to stand on my feet for 8 hours on end. Lo and behold, they lived up to their "Standing Comfort" name! They could very well be the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever owned. Although my fashion-conscious friend groaned and wailed and made fun of me for wearing ugly shoes and forbid me to wear them in her presence. Her loss!

Nice shoes
These are very nice, solid shoes; however, they are very heavy. I couldn't imagine being on my feet all day wearing these. My whole body would hurt.

Too small and stiff
These are the worst shoes that I have ever tried. I did get the proper refund when I sent them back. I tried to walk in these shoes and they hurt my feet. They were too tight and too stiff.

Heavy work shoes
I needed work shoes with support since I am on my wide feet all day. Since my feet are wide and I had plantar fisciatisI really need support..However they are heavier then what I expected (as if I were wearing ankle weights) but they do support my feet andare comfortable.Very sturdy and nicely made. I would recommend these but start out wearing them just a couple hours at first until your calves & ankles build a little strenght if you are my age...49ish +Yes I would recommend these
