Its not what I thought
I bought this for a strongman competition because I thought it allow more flexibility for certian events. All in all its ok but I still prefer a real powerlifting belt.

Worth the price.
It provides great support, it is very comfortable when squatting and dead lifting, the size seems to be a little larger than advertised, worth the price.
