Caltrate Gummy Bites 500 mg Calcium and Vitamin D Supplement, Black Cherry, Strawberry, Orange - 50 Count

These taste like candy. Some of the reviews say they received expired or close-to expired lots. The bottles I have ordered so far have not been close to the expiry date (current bottle is 01/27). Some also complained that they have too much sugar. Well these are not presented as sugar-free, yes they have sugar, and 15 calories each (I take between 2 and 4 per day). I don't think those extra 30-60 calories are going to kill me. Also there are sugar-free options out there if that is what you're looking for. These are delicious, and give me the calcium (and Vit D) I need which I would never get from food alone. I should have been taking these all along. Wish I had been.

I’ve been using the Citrate vitamins for over six years and I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my health. It’s delicious, no after taste, easy to digest. Seeing friends and family, my age suffer with osteoporosis I didn’t want that to happen to me. Since I’ve been used to this product, there are no signs. This is a great product and I plan to continue using it.

These are so tasty I feel like I’m eating candy but it’s not so sweet it’s just right. And not to gooey like some types of gummy candies or vits. I recommend Caltrate calcium gummies. This is for the ladies as a retired RN and a post menopausal woman be good to your bones. Young women don’t wait until your. Ugh older. Getting the proper amount of Cakcium in your diet now is like putting good bones in the bank. And for us Glam-as out there cakcium is so very important for bones and nerves and if you’ve been married to the same man for 40 years like me you likely have one nerve left and he’s on it, so take caktrate gummies daily and you’ll feel like a new bride all over again. Ok maybe I’m exaggerating but hey we’re not going anywhere so be good to yourself you deserve it! 😅

They are good for the vitamins I need

I used this product for years and switched to a natures truth brand because this band of gummies are sugar coated although they don’t taste too sweet. Due to being a cancer survivor & having to have bloodwork done every 6 months; while taking this product I never had issue of low calcium or vitamin D however with the other brand my levels weren’t as good.

I tried these calcium gummies as an alternative to calcium pills which are generally large and I find the pills hard to swallow. I am very pleased with the calcium gummies. Their fruit flavors are very pleasant, and the texture is also nice. The change from large calcium pills to these calcium gummies means I actually am taking the calcium my doctor ordered rather than dreading and avoiding the large calcium pills.
