Awesome product very well-crafted very durable exceeded my expectations when I receive them came in a really nice box nice bag poster to showing all the different workouts possible all the pieces the handles extra jump rope that was a gift it was awesome where is pleased and satisfied I would order this again and I would refer to friends who like to work out or even if you're strolling in the park on a Saturday afternoon doing yoga these are awesome to stretch with and get warmed up overall very pleased and satisfied five stars all the way !!⚜️MR. Shipped fast, good quality tested from a couple months of use .I like having this option and watching free Youtube workout with bands as an alternative when you can't make it to the gym. The poster that comes with in helps a bit but videos are better. Good durable product that's great for the price and what you get. The jump rope that comes with it is adjustable, otherwise it'll be too long for me to use. Overall I'm satisfied with this purchase would recommend it to anyone starting out.

The resistance band set seems to be of high quality certainly in comparison to price. My only suggestion coming from a novice band user I would like to have had basic instructions for setting up the different exercises, for example how do you secure the band for use in front of a door. How do you set up and adjust the jump rope etc.

I’m giving it a 4 star because it didn’t come with the workout poster that was supposed to come with. But overall, I’ve always loved the resistance bands rather than lifting weights. These requires just your body weight and it’s perfect!

I have used all the attachments and the 2 lighter bands. They seem to be nice and sturdy with no defects. The hand grips have a nice round piece of foam to hold. And the ankle strap stays in place very well. So far I have no complaints. And the work out poster is a big help

Great product and you can change the resistamce. Only issue is that the bands run up against my wrists. If not for that I would have rated it 5 stars!

love everything this products includes. just wish the resistant bands would go higher than what they are. only goes up to 15 lbs
