Less sodium same taste takes less grains to satisfy my taster!
I love this salt it takes a smaller amountthan what I have been used to in Leslie salt and the flavor is great! Leslie is 20% of Daily Requirement and this is only 16% so that is great news for sodium intake!!

Good Salt
Not sure about the health benefits, but a good salt. This is supposed to have electrolytes in it. The main reason I purchased it.Strong salt flavor. Nice color. Comes in a resealable plastic bag. Heavy, strong plastic.A little pricey, but what isn't today.I just hope it has the minerals in it that they claim it has.Texture is a little more course than table salt.As far as cooking, you'll have to experiment with it. It does have a little stronger flavor than regular salt.

Regular salt does not have the minerals your body needs . Himalayan salt does everything is bad for you if you misuse it .I love this salt because it contains so many minerals and it's a healthy choice .
