Perfect for my 2005 Honda Civic EX
Instructions for the 2005 Honda Civic EX were perfect and worked the first time. No issues. Excellent replacement as we only had one fob when we got the car used.

Replaceable battery. Better than what came with car, Easy programming, watched a video
The media could not be loaded. This is actually better than what my car came with. My original fob's plastic battery cover broke. It's been about over a year, still works perfect, and I have a spare still unused. I have a 2004 Honda Civic LX.Easy to program, should only take like 15 to 30 seconds if done right.Just press the lock button on the fob after every turning of the key from the "O" to the "II" position then go back to "O" position and repeat the steps 3 more times. Thats a total of 4 lock presses. The 4th time pressing the lock button you'll hear the locking mechanism of your car, confirming you've programmed the fob. However (for me) I had to press the unlock button after the lock button on the 4th for it to work. Remove and test.In shortInsert key1. (Turn Key) O -> II, press Lock (on Fob), return (key) to O2. O -> II, press Lock, return to O3. O -> II, press Lock, return to O4. O -> II, press Lock, (and press unlock?)Remove key and testI highly recommend watching a video on YouTube if this is still confusing. Also, to replace the battery, you pop it apart with something thin and hard, a coin or fingernail will work, theres an indentation for it near the key ring hole on the side. Upon opening you'll see a slot under the circuit for the battery, the assembly fits intuitively and you shouldn't need any instructions, just sit everything in the shell, and snap it close.

Easy peasy
Ok...so I figured it wouldn't be an expensive 'loss' if the thing didn't work (or I couldn't get it to work). The fob came when expected and inside the package was a card with a website for assistance. You put in your make, model and year and the printed instructions were spot on. There are also links to youtube assistance if you are visually oriented. I only had one fob and needed a spare on hand. Went through the process to set up the new fob and the instructions are correct that you will have to program ALL (ones you've got and the new one) fobs. It was easy enough to do if you follow the directions. Would recommend this unit rather than paying the dealer or even your local hardware/diy store...much better price performance, easy and it WORKS!

Amazing Key Fob - Great Value!
Incredible aftermarket key fob that works just as well as the OEM version - but at a fraction of the price! Perfect compatibility, smooth functionality, and saves you serious cash! Easy to program, reliable performance, and looks just like the original. I highly recommended this for budget-conscious car owners who don't want to compromise on quality.

Cheap and it works, what more to ask for :)
Way cheaper than going through a dealer or locksmith. Programming is pretty simple, though I had to go through the steps a couple times to get it right (entirely user error). Working for my 2004 Honda Civic Hybrid.

Flimsy Compared to OEM Remote, Different (Much Smaller) Battery, Instructions Slightly Lacking
I bought this for a 2003 Honda Civic Hybrid. I had trouble with the programming instructions, turns out that you need to take the key out completely in order to complete the process; the instructions did not say this but I looked up a third-party video on YouTube that explained this and the rest of the instructions were correct. This remote feels flimsy. I opened it up and I cannot see the battery, not sure if it even has a replaceable battery, it definitely doesn't have the large replaceable battery (CH2025) that the OEM unit came with. I have tested the remote from some distance, and while it certainly has okay distance (I can reliably lock / unlock the car from about 20-30 feet away when I have direct line of sight), it doesn't seem as powerful as the OEM remote. The OEM one could lock/unlock it pretty far away, sometimes even through walls. This is noticeably weaker. There is one slight improvement over the OEM remote, which is that there is an LED that blinks when you press a button. This is good visual feedback that the remote is working, and can be useful for troubleshooting and/or programming your car to accept the remote.I am giving this unit a 3-star review because I am worried that it may not last very long. If it does last long I will raise my review, but probably only to 4 stars because it is still inferior to the OEM remote due to the decreased power. I am suspicious however because how can a unit last that long with no large battery? Also why not use the same design and battery type as the OEM unit? That makes me suspicious. The plastic also feels cheap, everything about it, it's lighter and just doesn't feel as robust. If this lasts for the remainder of the lifetime of the car I will bump my review up to 4 stars, but if it dies in the next year or two I will lower my review to 2 stars. That's the plan. Still not sure if I made the right decision to buy this remote, but at least I have something that works for now.
