I very sorry that it is impossible to put a zero. Completely unuseble lamp. The glass on the shades is so thin that it breaks down on the first day of use from hitting about each other. This is also facilitated by thin soft threads from which the fixtures shades. The luminaire was understaffed. I had to buy an additional fixture.

DINGGU not processing my refund
This package arrived and was obviously a return from another customer. It was missing a few parts and is cheaply made. I had no use for it and returned the item 5 weeks ago ( I had to pay for shipping) and yet to receive my refund. Not only is the product cheap but its looking like Dinggu is about to rip me off on top of that.
