I am writing this review after 2 years of extensive use.. Seeing an impressive performance I bought one add-on last year.. Very intuitive and easy to use Security Camera and I feel it is still one of the best available on the market. Recently one of the cameras was leaking battery. I contacted customer support. The response was very prompt and I got all the help with troubleshooting.. WUUK team was firmly standing behind their product and ready to walk the extra mile to resolve the issue, if any. They were even ready to replace the product for free even though the warranty had expired a year before. Overall great product, competitive price and great value for home security. I will be buying a few more in the near future and highly recommend after seeing great performance and their excellent customer support..

This 4-camera wireless system with the base is great. We bought it 7 months ago, it was easy to set up, and the cameras provide clear photos and recordings day and night. The motion detection sensitivity and range functions are adjustable. This system performs as advertised.

I bought the Hub and 2 camera combo, the door bell, and 2 extra cameras. I attached pictures of one of the installed cameras, the doorbell, and different views from the cameras. Starting off was the Installation: The hub and cameras were easiest to unbox all inside and set them up through the app all on one location. The app guides you though how to connect the cameras to the base station. As soon as they were connected, I did a firmware update on all of the devices to make sure everything was up to date. Installing them was very simple. Screw the base to the wall with the provided hardware and then screw the camera to the base. You can open up the app and hit network diagnostics on the camera to get an idea on how the signal is between the camera and the hub. Then open up the app to so you can adjust the camera to get the view you want. After that, I renamed and put the camera in the order I wanted them. I went through the various setting of the cameras to make sure I liked all the settings. I attached a picture of the adjustable settings for one of the cameras. The Cameras: They have some nice features and record all local to the Hub. I set up motion detection ranges for each camera so if would only record or notify when there was motion in that area. The Cameras have been installed for almost a month and still show 100% battery. I asked support about this and they said "if the camera has a low number of daily triggers, the camera will remain at 100% for 2 weeks or longer." The cameras will only record for a max 30 seconds then start a new recording. You will sometimes miss a little time between recordings depending on if motion is detected in your zone. For my purpose, 30 seconds is plenty of time for a recording. My hub shows there is 4.7GB/29.1GB used up after about a month of use. The night vision on the cameras gives a nice picture. I had to disable the night vision on one of them due to the outside lights on the house. The doorbell gave a much better picture than I was expecting so I didn't have to use a separate camera for the from entry. That one is turned off right now and will he installed soon at a different location so it shows device disconnected on that app. You can listen and talk back in any of the cameras using live view. They also have a dismount alarm feature that causes the camera itself to alarm. It can only be enable or disabled in the app to help with tampering. This is a nice feature since the camera just screws on to the base and nothing locks it in place from theft. Overall: I am very happy with the system. It's definitely not the cheapest option but there are no monthly cloud subscription fees. So, it's a one time purchase and no addition yearly fees. I compared it to a RING system as far as costs. After 2 years of owning the Ring cameras and paying the fees, I would break even. So every year after that would actually cost me more money than the WUUK system would have. The Installation was easy and the customization options for the cameras and doorbell made it so I don't have get constant alerts on my phone or drain battery life of the camera. My only suggestion would be to make a web browser login to the WUUK hub so see videos and download them to my PC instead of my phone.

The image quality, movement detection and recording work great night or day and lasts really long between charging. I dislike the mounting hardware - the plastic sleeve to tighten on the mounting bracket seems cheap and does not snug the camera really tight to prevent movement - if a ball or something hit the camera it would move out of position. The battery and camera seems to do pretty well so far even in very cold weather including negative farenheit. Install and set up were easy including activating the cam, pairing with the base and adding to the app (hint: if adding to system/doorbell and app already set up - set the cam next to the base and go in to the app, press + to add a cam). They have since updated the software/ device firmware which is updated routinely and the alerts are now improved and very reliable and notifications are now reliable and consistent - always sent, unlike when I first installed it and wrote the following... Same functionality in detection - movement - notifications as doorbell and already reviewed/written for that, so am not rewriting all of that here except to say the system does not always send alert notifications to phone for human movement when set to smart alert. Activity is recorded and flagged as human, but alerts are not reliably/consistently sent to the phone - yes when wuuk is running in background on phone and all phone and app notification settings are correct/enabled/allowed, etc.

Picture resolution, sound, motion, notification, and many other features are all great. Installation was a breeze. They were simple to charge and get set up on my wifi network. The furthest camera is about 50 feet from the base station and I was worried about not getting a good signal but it works with no problems. After using them for a few months one camera began losing battery life faster than the others that stayed at nearly 100% for a long time. I contacted their customer service and they walked me through possible issues that might affect battery life, and I made some changes. However, even after the changes, the battery continued to deplete more rapidly on the one camera. I reached back out to Customer Service and without hesitation they sent a replacement unit. They were great to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Wireless camera solution.

Very clear picture & works well so far.

Die Basisstation war schnell mit dem Netzwerk gekoppelt und auch die Anmeldung aller 4 Kameras ging unkompliziert und schnell. Die Software ist ziemlich flexibel und erlaubt viele Einstellungen (man sollte sich damit eine Weile beschäftigen, um alle Features zu entdecken) auch unterschiedliche für die Kameras (z.B. ob aktiv oder nicht oder zeitgesteuert). Da wir das System erst seit ein 1 Woche haben, kann ich noch keine Aussage zur Langlebigkeit der eingebauten Akkus sagen, zur Zeit sieht es aber gut aus ( bisher 1-2% Reduzierung). Bildqualität ist gut, auch im Nachtmodus. Nur geringe Einschaltverzögerung! Und ein großer Vorteil: Man benötigt kein Bezahlabo, einfach App installieren und hin und wieder die Aufnahmen löschen bzw.. woanders sichern, bevor der interne Speicher der Basisstation voll ist (hat aber satte 32GB). Etwas verbesserungswürdig wäre meiner Meinung nach die Klemmung an der Halterung. Selbst wenn man die Überwurfmutter sehr fest zieht, lässt sich die Kamera noch recht leicht bewegen. Ob das bei starkem Wind zu Verstellung führt bleibt abzuwarten.

Got this IP camera due to its long lasting battery life. After a week of using, it hasn't gone down 1%. Pairing mode was easy and setup on the phone was quick. Can't recommend this enough to those who does not want any wires dangling from the camera.

I was worried about not getting a good signal but it works just fine. The video quality is great and the detection zones are easy to set up. Pro tip- I thought at first I could only do a rectangle which would be less than ideal if you want to avoid a specific area, but then realized I can layer multiple zones on top of each other. After using them for a while, I noticed that one seemed to be losing its battery life fairly quickly while the other one stayed at nearly 100% for quite some time. I contacted their customer service and they walked me through the nuances of the settings, which might affect battery life, and I made some changes. However, even after the changes, the battery continued to deplete more rapidly on the one camera. I reached back out to Customer Service and without hesitation they offered to send me a replacement unit which came in three days. They were great to deal with, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a Wireless camera solution.

Die Überwachungskameras funktionieren einwandfrei. Schnelle und einfache Einrichtung. Kann ich nur empfehlen!
