Helped me lighten acne spots and best serum to use
Retinol’s are great for people with pimples and brings a glow on your face. I’ve been using it twice a week as a beginner and it has already helped me with acne and acne spots. It is great for beginners as it has low concentration of retinol. The serum has a creamy consistency and is very light weight and it smells good. You should use a moisturiser before applying retinol serum. Just go for it. It smoothens skin and helps with pigmentation , uneven skin tone,acne,acne scars,wrinkles,etc

Suitable for sensitive dry skin
I have used it twice alternate days at first & after that daily. It doesn't irritate my dry & sensitive skin. I have used it for my acnes, scars, smooth and clear skin & trust me within 10 days it has made my skin clearer & smoother. It's better than E'clat retinol serum for sensitive skin.

Not good as expected
It is not good as expected and mentioned in all good comments.I have ordered this for acne and acne spots for face.I have gone through all the comments .,and most of comments was in favour ,so I ordered this.But I don't found this helpful for acne and acne marks.I have been using this since 1 month.but don't see any good results.Good thing is1. Very light weight2. Non sticky cream3. Don't make skin darker4. Can be use as light weight regular moisturizerNot effective for ACNE and ACNE Spots.It's kinda expensive as it is of no use.I would suggest if you have serious acne and acne spots , consult with doctor and have proper care.

Affordable and best
So surprised by the formulation and effect. Derma co is really good with their products and there is no doubt in it. Loved the serum. Have been using it at night and can see major changes in my skin. The acne marks are considerably reducing and skin is glowing. Don't forget to use it with heavy mosturiser and hyaluronic acid can be added for more benefits.
