These are perfect and one often does the sleep trick. No melatonin so love that! Taste is a little sweet, but like gummies over capsules.

I take a sleep medicine that keeps me asleep, but I’ve still always had trouble falling asleep. I’m too sensitive to Melatonin—leaves me feeling hungover. So I’m so happy I found these. They’ve made it much easier to fall asleep and I’m so grateful. I like the taste/texture of the gummies too. Serving size is two gummies but I usually take 1.

This is the worse sleep aid it taste awful and does absolutely nothing. Don't.waste your money .

Nice flavor is not sweet as others.

These made my blood pressure drop too low and I would wake up very dizzy when trying to get to the bathroom. Do not use if you already take medication for blood pressure.
