Don't know how long they'll last but they don't bother my incision point which underwear and belts do.

Disposable Briefs are great for travel as the packaging is small and takes up very little space when packing. The inside seams of the briefs are a little uncomfortable. Turn them inside out and they are very comfortable.

Very comfortable because it is cotton and fit well. Interesting incident - I put a used one in the trash when I traveled but the hotel maid left it and asked for my confirmation that it was trash. Apparently she was afraid to throw it away because it does not look like a disposable item :-) !!!
