Good product that I’ve used for years

I love this supplement. I've been using it for several years. The resveratrol really helps my joints. I've run out of it a few times and I can really tell the difference in my muscles and joints. It's effective in helping me to not feel my age (almost 50). The color is a medium brown with a clear capsule. They are medium-sized capsules--not small and not horse pills, so fairly easy to swallow. The ingredients are working. It's an excellent value for the supplement.

45, going through menopause, I decided to try this out. I have a brain tumor so not able to take estradal, so I have to find some vitamins to take to a place for hormone therapy. Took this for a couple weeks, wasn't sure if I was getting a wow factor or not. I am taking a lot of vitamins though... I decided to not take this one for a couple days(do too lots of vitamins) I noticed at work when I got up from sitting on a leather chair, OMG I had hot butt. As soon as I got home, I started taking this vitamin again. I will never stop now, lol. So yes I like this vitamin, it works for me! Thank you, and I hope this helps you too.
